The following are the
generic Terms and Conditions which form part of the contract
(“the Agreement”) you enter into by joining one of our
tours.
You will be required to
acknowledge and agree as follows:
- Your completed Booking
Form, together with the required non refundable deposit,
must be received by Bern’s Bali Tours to confirm your
place on the Tour Experience.
- You will be notified when
the full balance is payable. Your booking may be
considered cancelled if the full balance is not received
by that time.
- You are responsible for
ensuring that you are fit and healthy enough to
participate in the trip. Bern’s Bali Tours reserves the
right to insist on medical certification from your
Medical Practitioner stating that you are medically and
physically fit for your chosen trip. If you suffer from
heart, chest, muscular, neurological or respiratory
disorders, severe asthma or high blood pressure, or
other acute / chronic illness, you must acknowledge
and/or should seek qualified specialist medical advice
before considering joining the trip.
- It may become necessary,
due to weather, local conditions, politics or various
other reasons, to make changes to tour itineraries. Such
changes will always be at the sole discretion of Bern’s
Bali Tours, Tour Leader, and no refund will be
considered in the event of such changes.
- The tour costs published
within the chosen itinerary are accurate at the time of
delivery and Bern’s Bali Tours will endeavor to maintain
those costs. However, in the event of currency exchange
rate fluctuation, increased fuel costs, airport charges,
increased airfares or increases in the costs charged by
ground operators, Bern’s Bali Tours reserves the right
to amend its prices up to the date of departure.
- This Booking Form and
“Agreement” is not issued on behalf of any airline, or
other carriers however described, and does not
constitute any commitment on their behalf in the course
of your trip.
- Travel insurance is NOT
INCLUDED in cost. This must be purchased by the
traveller
and proof of purchase is a requirement before departure.
- The tour cost does not
include passport or any visa charges , licenses,
excess baggage charges, incidental daily expenditure of
a personal nature, or any other costs/charges not
described or disclosed in the ‘Dates and Costs’ section
of the website info supplied to you by Bern’s Bali
Tours.
a) In consideration of your
Booking Form and deposit being accepted, you agree to
all of the Terms and Conditions noted and described and
assumption of risk (collectively, “this Agreement”).
b) You are over 18 years of
age and have read, understood and accepted all the above
noted and described Terms and Conditions of contract
prior to signing this Agreement, and that this Agreement
shall be binding.
